Flying People Promotion in NYC

The upcoming film Chronicle hired a team known to generate great viral buzz did it again when what looked to be three people flying around the skies of lower Manhattan. It was straight out of a comic book and onlookers snap photos.

But, actually it wasn't people in the air, but very intricately designed radio controlled airplanes. Very cool!

This is my entry into the AHSC 2012 poster contest. My concept is to bring the mythological dragon into the design as the upcoming Chinese New Year is the year of the dragon.  They interlace each other like yin and yang.

There's a new app called "Action Movie" that applies special effects very easily onto your video. Its been lots of fun to play with and I'm still trying to figure out a creative to incorporate these effects into some short film or similar.

I think I've should of became a spy instead of a graphic designer.

2012 Pantone Color of the Year

2012 Pantone Color of the Year

Its been announced that the 2012 color is orange! or more specifically, Pantone 17-1463 Tangerine Tango. While I'm not a fan of this year's color, it does tempt me to start using it on some projects. It's described as exotic, but friendly.
